We are a direct specialty care practice. We are not contracted with insurance companies. This intentional choice allows us to remove the middleman and focus entirely on you.
Without insurance-driven limitations, we are able to spend more time listening, thinking deeply about your case, and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect your unique history, goals, and lifestyle. Our relationship is centered on transparency, clarity, and partnership not prior authorizations or rushed visits.
While your consultation and in-office services are direct-pay, many labs, imaging studies, and medications outside of the visit can still be processed through your insurance if you choose. Discounted pricing is also available for those who prefer not to use insurance for ancillary services.

Meet Dr. Donya Imanirad
Dr. Imanirad is double board-certified in Allergy and Clinical Immunology and Internal Medicine with additional training in lifestyle, integrative, and functional medicine. She created Elaria to offer a calmer, more thoughtful approach to care.
Patients often come to her after years of symptoms without clear answers. Through deeper evaluation and root-cause thinking, she helps uncover the missing pieces and builds a plan that finally feels right.
