Dr. Donya Imanirad

Dr Donya Imanirad is a double board-certified allergist and clinical immunologist with advanced training in functional and lifestyle medicine, who has dedicated her career to helping patients find symptom relief while targeting the root of the problem. Her training began at the University of Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree with a minor in Spanish. She later earned a master’s degree in medical sciences, taught anatomy and physiology, and conducted research that explored how the body responds to illness on a deeper level. These experiences shaped her caring and thoughtful approach to allergy and immune system care.

Dr Imanirad completed her medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine and continued with internal medicine residency and allergy and immunology fellowship at the University of South Florida right here in Tampa. She has worked alongside respected physicians and scientists across the state and has published multiple studies in peer reviewed journals. Patients describe her as warm, attentive, and clear in her explanations, similar to a teacher who helps complex ideas feel simple.
