Book An Appointment

Please use the scheduler to select the type of visit you would like to book and complete your booking details.

If you are a member or a known patient of Elaria Allergy and Integrative health and need an appointment outside of the times available, please call us at 813-773-3499 so we can accommodate you.

Payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 business days before your appointment. No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours are subject to $100 fee, and the remaining of the payment will be refunded.
