Elaria is a direct specialty care practice, and we do not accept insurance. This intentional model allows us to remove third-party barriers and focus entirely on your health, not on prior authorizations, coverage limitations, or rushed appointments.
Because we are not contracted with insurance companies, we can dedicate more time to thoughtful evaluation, comprehensive care planning, and ongoing partnership. Your treatment plan is shaped by your medical history, goals, and lifestyle, not by billing requirements.
All consultations and in-office services are direct-pay. However, many laboratory tests, imaging studies, and prescriptions ordered outside of your visit may still be processed through your insurance, depending on your coverage.
