Visit Care

Elaria Allergy and Integrative Health offers both visit-based care and ongoing membership care. Think of this like a roadmap that shows both short trips and long journeys.

This visit is designed for new patients who need a full allergy focused evaluation. It includes a review of symptoms, medical history, medications, supplements, lifestyle factors, and creation of an initial personalized care plan.

Some visits need more time to fully review results or adjust treatment. Additional time may be added during your visit if needed so care does not feel rushed.
Telehealth visits allow you to meet with your provider from home using secure video. These visits work best for follow ups, care planning, and reviewing test results.
Follow-Up Visit (Non-Members): $225, up to 40 minutes
This visit is designed for urgent concerns or a focused second opinion. Examples include sudden symptom flares or reviewing a prior diagnosis or treatment plan.

Immunotherapy Services

Immunotherapy helps train your immune system to respond more calmly over time. These services focus on long-term improvement rather than short-term symptom relief.

Pricing depends on the number of foods included. This covers preparation, customization, and treatment planning.
This includes dose adjustments, provider access, and quarterly visits. Annual oral food challenges are not included.
This includes dose increases, maintenance vials every three months, and a 25 percent discount on quarterly or semiannual visits.

Testing and Procedures

Testing helps confirm diagnoses and guide treatment decisions. Your provider will recommend testing only when it clearly supports your care.

Skin testing checks reactions to common environmental or food allergens. Panels are selected based on your history and symptoms.
Spirometry measures how well your lungs are working. It is often used to evaluate asthma or other breathing concerns.
This testing looks at individual foods when specific triggers are suspected. It is often used alongside other testing methods.
An oral food challenge involves eating a food in small amounts under medical supervision. It is the most accurate way to confirm or rule out a food allergy.

Peer to Peer Consultation

A comprehensive review of the patient’s medical records, including labs, imaging, and medications, followed by a one-on-one videoconference consultation with Dr. Imanirad and a concise written report.

  • 30 minutes $130

  • 60 minutes $250

Complex and Systems Based Care

This care approach is for patients whose symptoms affect multiple systems. The focus is on understanding root causes rather than treating isolated symptoms over the long term.

This visit is for patients with complex or chronic inflammatory conditions such as mast cell activation or multi system illness. It includes a deep review of patterns, history, and contributing factors.
This visit continues care planning, reviews advanced testing, and adjusts treatment over time.
